Financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in modern market economies and Slovakia, the standard forms of financing, financial support schemes, specific financing problems of SMEs, venture capital, international experience in financial support programs and financial institutions, funding from the European Union. |

| Teaching / Study methods enabling achievement of educational outcomes: |
Teaching and leraning methods wihch provide achievement of learning outputs are applied on lectures and self-study. On lectures are prezented the actual matters of financing and examples from practice. In selfstudy is used basic and recommended literature. This literature i sused also in theoretic outputs and semestral paper. Assessment of learning outputs being through processing semestral paper and by written exam. Semestral paper focused on actual problems of inancing and financial management of SME´s in Slovac republic and also in european business environment. Final written exam is aim to theoretical knowledge of finance in SME´s, which student learned through in lectures and self-study by basic and recommended. literature. |
| Assessment methods of achieving educational outcomes and their ratio: |
Semestral paper 30% (inareas of finance and financial management of SME´s) Exam 70% (three open theoretical questions with possibility of application of selected theoretical issues in financial practice of SME´s. |
